Whoops, I got the url wrong—it should've been governmentjobs.com... which is actually a useful site. But you still need a phone to really use the IKE job board, which kind of defeats the purpose of IKE.

Love this column. I spoke against the contract the city made to put these kiosks on our streets, and it seems my opposition was well-founded.
